Michel Sauret - Writer

About me:

I'm a Christian, I'm a man and I'm an author.
I value those qualities in that order.

As a Christian I belong to God alone, and all my talents and blessings are because of him. As a man, I am fallible and pray to learn from my mistakes. As an author I strive to be heard. I wonder how much meaning my words carry onto my readers, and my every effort is to create images and characters that become real to my audience.

I was born in Rome, Italy, into a Catholic houshold. Together, my family and I moved to Pittsburgh in 1995, and that's where we live now after some moving around.

I'm still finishing up my English writing degree from the University of Pittsburgh. That's been put on hold due to my deployment to Iraq. I'm also a staff sergeant in the Army. I'm married to a beautiful wife, and I plan on spending the rest of my life with her.
