Is my coach purse fake since it says that it's made in china?
Most Coach products are made in China. So, it is very common for the creed to say it was manufactured in China. However, the majority of counterfeit Coach is also made in China, so you cannot go on this to help determine authenticity. Since you are questioning your bag, there are 2 easy ways to authenticate:
1. Coach uses YKK zippers. The YKK logo is usually found on the side of the metal zipper piece on all zippers. I have never seen a knockoff with YKK zippers, they are too expensive.
2. If you have a signature piece, it will not have signature lining. Most counterfeit Coach are copies of the signature line and almost all have signature lining as well. To this date, Coach has never produced a signature handbag with signature lining.
