Is it illegal to sell look alike, knockoff, or replica products?
You know how companies like Walmart and other stores sell shoes that look just like crocs, but they don't say crocs on them. Even with purses, they look just like a Coach purse, but they don't say Coach on them. I have even seen ipod look alikes that function just like an ipod, but don't say ipod on the packaging or the player itself. Is that illegal?
As long as it does'nt have the company name on it,no!
