Does anyone know if burberry has a warranty for the handbags due to defects?
the leather on my purse handles is peeling and it looks terrible. It makes me angry because I spent a lot on the purse and it makes it look cheap and fake. I know coach has a 5 year warranty for stuff like that, so I would assume burberry would too.
I'm quite sure that they do. I have quite a few Burberry bags in my collection that I purchased from the Burberry store and it shocks me that your bag is literally peeling away! Call their customer service number and advise them of the condition of your bag. I am quite positive they will try to remedy the situation.
