my friend and i got in an argument of the age of girls we should be dating...who do you agree with?
We talked last night online about girls im 28 hes 29. i asked him if he haad any prospects lined up. he said not really but this one girl who hes been kinda going out but he thinks shes playing him....i asked about her he told me she was cute 22 and a science girl and a former swimmer (he coaches swimming) i then told him him i dont think i could date anyone under 24. i told my friend that 22 year olds for the most post are still on mom and pops wallet and dont know much about responsibility. he told me it doesnt matter (and i generally agree with him) and told me i meet too many golddiggin sluts at the bar.......
and as we push 30 years old some of these girls will of been born in 1990 - which was in my head when having this convo
Coming from a 20-year-old, yeah you'd be a lot smarter to stay with someone over 24. I've tried to date people older and it never works out because they have too many expectations and expect me to always be at the exact same place in life when in reality they've had 8-9 extra years than us to get there. I'd rather date someone my own age who still remembers what it's like to be this young and won't criticize me all the time for it.
