Should you take gifts from a man you are not intersted in?
I am friends and only friends with a man who likes me; I always tell him I only want to be friends. Yet, he always helps me with car repairs and bought me a coach bag and wallet. He always comes with me on walks and workouts and often takes me to nice dinners. I like the attention but I am just not attracted or I would be with the man. What should I do? I have heard let it keep going, make him stop or as my best friend says get drunk and sleep with him, lol. Any kind suggestions would be nice.
Yeah, pretty much every guy I only wanted friendship with went that route. Guys have selective hearing and think they still have a chance regardless...unless you refuse their gifts and offerings. But if he's a good friend it would be nice to keep him in your life and have him there when you need him. So I say f*ck it...keep it as it is. When he starts making you uncomfortable is when you gotta cut it off. Hope that helps.
