Broken zipper on Coach purse! Please help?
So, I bought one of those mini skinny Coach wallets on Friday from Von Maur (it's a store similar to Nordstrom). It was left in my bag, with the tag and all, because I planned on returning it next week.
Long story short, I unknowingly lost it, had it returned. However, the zipper pull is now missing! Can I still return/exchange it saying that it was unknowingly purchased with a missing zipper? What do I do, I really wanted to return it.
Help?! Thanks.
