Problems with dooney and bourke....?
I am so sick and tired of Dooney and bourke, a few months ago, my white "it" bag and wallet discolored to yellow, i used it for a month and stored in a dooney bourke suit case, well i called dooney and bourke it took a few long months for them to finally admit, it was a manufactured prolem and they gave me full credit....well i also had a pink "it"bag wallet and suit case, and noticed it too was discoloring and i never used it, the tags are still on them, i called dooney and bourke and they said it's nothing they can do, and so i mentioned my prior problem with the white one, and then they changed to say they can give my half a credit for the bag??wtf??!!!
but won't replace it, even with the tags still on!!! im soo sick of bad customer service from them! from now on i'm sticking to coach, i just wanted to let everyone else know, about the "it"bag! and there bad service

I know. I have a signiture pink tassle bag. I have had it for less than a month and the leather is going kind of orangish.
But when you bought your bag, did you get a card in it where you could register your bag. If you fill it out, they will replace anything that has happened, as long as it is resonable.
